We accept applications Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM at our park office. Most of our positions are entry-level, with the majority being seasonal, part-time positions.
Customer Service – Park Staff
– Multiple positions available for work in an indoor/outdoor park environment. The key duty is customer service. This seasonal part-time work includes some weekend work and cross-training between departments and duties. Show staff customer service includes animal interaction and the able to follow scripts for public presentations. Must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum age 16.
Park Supervisor-in-Training – Park Staff
– Ensures customer experience, managing admissions, staffing, and scheduling for a fast-paced environment. Work is indoor and outdoor with regular walking over uneven ground. Helps to develop a drama-free customer service team.
– Nonpaid animal staff internships are available year-round for ages 18 and up. Those under 18 may qualify for modified internships or shadowing opportunities. Animal staff interns should be interested in pursuing future education/work in an animal care field.
Animal staff interns rotate their training and experiences between animal care areas gaining valuable experience. Internships are project based. Applications for internships are open throughout the year and are to be submitted online only. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and attend an intern orientation and safety training session.
